We wanted to make something that can be used in later time and also aesthetic look. We started looking through inspirations on Pinterest and found couple of amazing ideas that match with our goals

  • Attractive
  • Customizable
  • Self-supportive

We thought that shelves is something we looking for in this project and we both loved how the cubes stacking on each other to create the white space that is interesting. The thing I really loved about this modular shelves that the user can customize their own cube-placement in order to meet their own preference.  We started to build model in Rhino. To be honest, the model itself was pretty easy create. The most hardest part was 3d printing, we did fairly good on the first two cubes in printing. But when it comes the third, the cube itself started falling apart. We did try several time after, but none of them were worked out.
